Yesterday, The Leggett and Silver Spring Recreation and Aquatic Center (SSRAC) received the NAIOP DC|MD Award of Excellence for Multifamily Project in Montgomery County, Maryland!

KGD Principal Tom Donaghy, Senior Associate Kevin Pennington, and Architectural Designer Ipsha Patel were joined by Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission Housing Acquisition Manager Jay Shepherd and EM Structural Engineers Principal Tom Gillard to receive and celebrate this honor!
