KGD is excited to share that the Howard County Planning Board has approved the zoning for the Long Reach Village Center Urban Renewal Plan, marking a key milestone in the redevelopment process. We are proud to be part of the design team, advancing this transformative project. KGD Principal Tom Donaghy and Senior Designer Patrick McGowan attended the Planning Board meeting on December 18, where Patrick presented the project to the Board members.

This approval reflects years of planning, community engagement, and collaboration as the project moves forward in the Major Village Center Redevelopment Process. We look forward to continuing our work on this important community-centered revitalization effort.
