Last night, KGD was among this year’s honorees for Washington Business Journal’s (WBJ) Fastest Growing Companies. Coinciding with 2026 marking KGD’s 30-year anniversary, our firm formally ranked as No. 45 out of 75 companies throughout the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. Landing on this coveted list is achieved through a rigorous vetting and interview process conducted each year by WBJ’s editorial research. Companies were ranked by their average three-year revenue growth between 2023 and 2025, with no drops allowed. Revenue for this year’s list of winners ranged from $10 million up to being in the billions of dollars.

On page 32 of this week’s WBJ, you can read the interview WBJ conducted when they met with Principals & Co-Presidents Chris Gordon and Manoj Dalaya. Specifically, they provided insight on how the firm came out of the Covid-19 pandemic ahead of rivals, gained private equity backing, and how they share leadership of the firm. KGD was also noted for having achieved an average revenue growth of 23.74% during the timeframe of 2023-2025.
