Last Friday, KGD Principal Tom Donaghy, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP and KGD Associate Principal Alex Shifflett, AIA, CCCA with JLL Senior Project Manager Michael Binder led a tour for JLL of our Elizabeth Square project for the Housing Opportunities Commission and Lee Development Group. KGD was honored to show everyone how this project is coming together, especially having recommended that JLL represent the client for this dynamic, community-driven development in the heart of Silver Spring. Our thanks to Michael and his JLL colleagues Jennifer Hood, Hai Son Kien, PMP, Benjamin Milley, Vincent Ng, Hank Pohl, and Hali Voycik for joining us. It was a pleasure to walk you all through the project, including The Leggett which recently opened for occupancy.
