Today, we wanted to share details about one of our projects in New Jersey, In partnership with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Mill Creek Residential, the Garden State Plaza project reimagines existing surface parking serving the adjacent Westfield Garden State Plaza Mall as 575 luxury apartments split between two buildings connected by a spacious town green with new retail activating the pedestrian zone. The introduction of a shared green and new retail spaces extends the liveliness of the mall outdoors to promote walkability and create a cohesive new district.
