On Tuesday, KGD joined leaders from Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH,) Fairfax County Government, The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Amazon, and the Tysons' community to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Exchange at Spring Hill Station. The Exchange will be the first 100% affordable multifamily development in Tysons, and it will provide residents with accessible and affordable housing within the region's economic epicenter, providing immediate access to mass transit, schools, jobs, shopping, and the area's premier amenities. Clark Construction is building the KGD-designed development comprising two, 20-story mixed-use buildings with 516-residential units and Tyson's first community center which will include a basketball court and fitness center. The KGD Team congratulates all the project partners for an inspiring groundbreaking event, and we were honored to contribute to its planning as well as joining the festivities.
