We're taking you back to 2008, when KGD worked on the 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard project. As the world's largest office building utilizing Vedic design principles of orientation, placement, and proportion, the space promotes harmony and corporate success and enhances productivity and employee health. It was the first LEED Platinum Core and Shell building in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

Additionally, it is a nine-story, commercial office building, located just 12-miles northwest of the U.S. Capitol. Far exceeding industry standards in the built environment, the building uses cutting edge design and operational best practices to optimize health and productivity in the workplace, while minimizing impact on the environment.
