Monika leads the studio in all phases of the design process from programming and design to construction documentation and administration. Her key strength as a designer is her unique ability to work in both the decorative and technical aspects of a project. This flexibility allows for a well-integrated design package, with furniture and fixtures fully interfaced with the surrounding architectural elements.
