Lutzker + Lutzker is a small, dynamic practice that specializes in digital age legal issues affecting the creation and exploitation of intellectual property. The space was to accommodate an existing building tenant who desired an upgraded space with opportunity for more natural light and exterior views. Relocating to the Northeast corner of the 7th Floor, the space is spaced planned to provide perimeter private offices for their lawyers and associates, an executive conference room, and large pantry/work room in the central core of the space, adjacent to the reception area. The space provides a modern, high-end aesthetic with faux wood LVT flooring in the common areas and Conference Room, with accent carpet in the offices. The pantry/work room is fitted out with wood millwork base cabinets and dining area, which mirrors the built-in reception desk at the suite entry. Reusing the majority of the existing lighting fixtures in the office space, new LED accent lighting was provided in the Reception area to create a monumental space that could be experienced from the main building corridor and elevator lobby. The architect has worked the tenant on art selections and displays to harmonize the overall look and feel of the space.
