3100 Clarendon Boulevard, AIA Jurors’ Citation for Commercial Interiors
An iconic office building in Arlington, Virginia was occupied by a single tenant for the last two decades. A complete interior renovation, as well as an update of the exterior and retail base, bring contemporary language to the building. For the first time, the building is offering Class-A leasable office space.
