For landlords, ‘Spec Suites’ can shorten the time valuable real estate is vacant by streamlining build-out. They offer potential tenants nearly move-in ready spaces, often built out with one or more conference spaces, reception, a galley and a mix of open and private office. The tenant and landlord work with our team to select finishes and fixtures, which can be in place in a matter of weeks not months.
