Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI)

The design of IAI’s headquarters responds to the culture of the company whose employees are steeped in challenging analysis and mathematical formulae.

The notion that innovation occurs in great workspaces the space echoed that statement with the transformation of a normal tenant space into a vibrant hub of activity.

The Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF) space was designed such that even though the space is sealed, it still is an environment that is warm and inviting. Using design to express the analytical and mathematical nature of the work being performed inside, a series of laser-cut metal panels, backlit by color-changing LEDs foster innovative thinking as well as pulls the office space together in an interactive environment.

A second phase was a 10,000 SF addition on the same floor. The firm is currently engaging in exploration of additional expansion options onto another floor in the same building.
