Henry graduated from the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and Washington University where he received a Masters degree in Architecture. He has twenty years of architectural design, planning, and management experience on a range of residential, institutional, and corporate projects.

Part of the KGD team since 2002, he has managed award-winning projects including the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation Headquarters in Dulles, Virginia, an innovative project that melds classic and contemporary styles, which was recognized by Loudoun County in the Pace Setter category in its Signatures of Loudoun Awards.
