CW Capital’s Bethesda office provides an innovative environment for a company where technology and collaboration builds a foundation for seamless management solutions and tailored investments.
Custom wood paneling on the reception desk mirrors the crescent in CW Capital’s logo, echoing the company’s pride. The first floor includes a flexible conference facility, reconfigurable based on function and size. Modernfold Glass Wall Systems offer openness with transparency between conference rooms while a translucent red panel glides between the reception desk and waiting area. The movable glass wall system includes a high-grade stainless steel finish and flush mounted attachments, harmonizing with the contemporary interior architecture.
An articulated ceiling creates “clouds” signifying pathways within the open floor plan leading to the monumental feature stair. The stairs encourage inter-office communication between the united floors. By placing the café near the stairs with hang space circling the stairs, employee interaction becomes inevitable. The café contains thirty-six red seats including Knoll’s bar-height and table-height chairs. Natural wood paneling highlights the stark use of Arabescato white Italian marble in the café, as the light and shadows from the Louis Poulsen Collage Pendants change when viewing the light fixture from different angles.
CW Capital combines aspects of hospitality with office space, creating a convivial atmosphere for clients and their employees.
